• August 10 - 13 from 8:00 am - 11:00 am
• August 16 - 20 from 8:00 am - 11:00 am
• August 23 - 24 from 8:00 am - 11:00 am

School Year Practice Times

High School Guys

• Monday - Friday Non-game Days - 3:45 pm - 5:30 pm

Middle School Guys

• Monday from 3:45 pm - 5:30 pm
• Thursday from 3:45 pm - 5:30 pm

What to Bring to Practice

• Physical form from school office signed by doctor by FIRST day of practice.
• Soccer cleats - no football or baseball cleats
• Running shoes
• Size 5 soccer ball
• Water bottle
• Shin guards - age and weight appropriate
• List of practices that you will miss
