What I love about teaching: I love, love, love kids! They just make me smile! 3- and 4-yr-olds have won my heart! Getting them excited about learning is what I do best, so whether I’m serious or silly, or somewhere in between, my goal is for the children to have fun while learning. I believe in building a relationship with both the child and the family in order to meet the needs of each individual in my class.
Something about me: I had the privilege of being happily married for 29 ½ years before God took my husband to be with Him. I have four wonderful kids and five adorable grandkids . . . so far! Because I’m an empty-nester, I have a lot more time that I can devote to the preschool, which I really like!

What I love about teaching: I love getting to spend the whole day with kids. There is so much energy and fun. It is also really rewarding to see a concept click for them.
Something about me: Fall is my favorite season as it makes all my favorite things even better and also has my birthday. I love hot coffee and long books. I enjoy playing the piano and listening to classical music. My favorite thing is spending time with my husband. My favorite verse is 2 Peter 1:3.

Position: Teacher assistant for Castle Kids ELC
What I love about teaching: Working in Castle Kids has been nothing but joy for me. Being able to look in the innocent and inquisitive faces of these children every day is such a blessing. I thank the Lord for the privilege to be able to teach them about the wonders of His creation and I pray that everything they learn will ultimately be used for His glory. That is why I love teaching young children so much—it allows me to share the wonders of God’s most fascinating and innocent creatures!
Something about me: I have been blessed to have been married for 22 years and we share four wonderful kids. I also love spending time with friends and family.
